Those little tunnels in the leaves are from leaf miners. The adult lays eggs just inside the tissues of the leaf and the eggs hatch into larvae which tunnel around feeding on the plant tissues. No pesticides will reach the larvae because they are protected by the leaf surfaces but you can squish the pests within the leaves. The leaves should still be healthy enough to do their jobs of supporting the plants with energy so don't remove the affected leaves. Your cucumbers should be out in full sunshine so they can flower and produce cukes. Enjoy!
