| I wouldn't feed the new shrubs this year. The compost you placed beneath them will provide some nutrients to the roots. Adding ferilizer will promote lush top growth and at this point you want the roots to become well established before new growth begins. So, just water your shrubs deeply once or twice a week and they should be happy. You can feed them next spring. |
