I wanted to know if their is vitamins or something to put in my dirt. My mom feels it has a some kind of plague

Poor soils won't often support healthy plants so the best thing for you to do is dig in some organic matter such as compost, aged manure, shredded leaves, etc. Incorporating organic matter will help loosen the soil and enrich it and any plants you install in the planting bed should thrive. Hope so!
