| Eupatorium is cold hardy to USDA zone 3 so it should have survived the winter in your garden unless the soil was soggy all winter and killed the roots. I would give it a little more time to wake up this spring. Once it begins to grow it will grow like a weed. Hope you see some signs of life soon! |
