I received many tulips for Easter. All flowers are now gone. Is this a good time to plant?

Cut off the flowering stalks and then allow the leaves to die down on their own. When they are a crispy brown you can unpot the bulbs, pull off the dead leaves and either store the bulbs in a cool, dark place until fall when it's time to plant, or you can plant them directly into your garden. Enjoy!
