We planted a evergreen bush about two years ago. Over the winter we noticed that part of bush has turned brown. Is there anything we can do to bring it back?

Winter kill is common in your gardening region and some years the damage is worse than others. If you are sure the areas are dead you can prune them off the plant and the plant should replace the pruned area with healthy new growth. Wait to see if the branches green up later this spring. If not, prune away the winter damage. Best wishes with your landscape!
