I have some argyranthemum frutescens (comet pink) in containers and something is destroying all the folliage. Either the petals are completely gone, or they have hole in them. I have seen very small black beetle looking bugs on them and assume these are what is doing the damage, but I don't know what they are or how to get rid of them.
Any suggestions? Thank you.

Small beetles are probably just incidental - I suspect that if you closely inspect your plants you will find little green worms munching on the petals and leaves. The botanical Bt (sold as Dipel) will take care of the pests. Be sure to use according to label directions.
