I accidentally left my tomato and pepper plants on the deck last night and now they are drooped. How do I get them to perk back up. Can I save them from the cold shock?

As long as it was not a hard frost (below freezing temperatures for several hours) your plants should be okay. They will just look bad for a few days until they recover. There is nothing you need (or can) do to help them recover. It just takes time.
