Both fruit trees and vegetables need full sunshine in order to grow well so you'll just have to watch the sun to see how it travels along the landscape and do your best to set them where they will get the most sun and the trees will not block the sun from the garden as they mature. There's no magic formula and you may end up planting your veggies in other spots as your trees grow. You have lots of room to offset the trees and the garden so they aren't in a straight line. Just watch and take notes and I think you'll find just the right places in your landscape.
