have a rosebrush planted in pot on my terrace,brunchs are dry it set out all winter will it come back to life & how long before it begin to come back.

I hope the roots of your rose survived the winter weather without protection! Plants in containers that are above ground are really susceptible to winter kill. If you are going to grow a rose in a container, either wrap insulation around the container or sink it into the ground to help insulate it from the cold. Prune your rose back now to see if that prompts new growth. Hope so!
