I have a large area under two trees where not even weeds grow. I don't want to cover the area with more wood decking. What can I plant (or otherwise do) to get rid of a real

The following plants usually do well in shade so give them a try: Bleeding Heart (Dicentra spectabilis), Bleeding Heart (Dicentra"Luxuriant"), Blue Mallow (Malva sylvestris), Cranesbill (Geranium sylvaticum), , Clustered Bellflower (Campanula glomerata), Columbine (Aquilegia), Daylilies, Dianthus "Arctic Fire", Delphinium, Foxglove (Digitalis Purpurea), Iris (Iris Pumila), Jacob's Ladder (Polemonium caeruleum), Jupiter's Beard (Centranthus Ruber), Monkshood (Aconitum), Peach-Leafed Bellflower (Campanula persicifolia), Periwinkle (Vinca minor), Primrose (Primula).
