I have a strrp hill above my retaining wal in the back yard. What can I plant on it that would stay green all year around?

Evergreen ground covers for sun: Ice plant, Creeping Phlox, Creeping Thyme, Creeping Rosemary, Creeping Sedum, Carolina or Swamp Jessamine vine, Creeping Raspberry, Creeping Fig, and Blue Star Creeper. ground covers for shade: Dwarf Mondo Grass, Crossvine, Confederate Jasmine vine, Lamium, Selaginella, Mazus, Ginger, Hellebores, and Patridgeberry.
