Hi there - I live in Minnesota and have a hill that gets allot of direct sun. I am looking for a ground cover that can tolerate at least 6 hours of direct sun a day and not allot of water. I would prefer that it is a low maintance plant. any suggestions? (It is a pretty good sizd hill)

A few you might consider for sun include low growing junipers, vinca minor daylilies, Barrenstrawberry (Waldsteinia fragarioides), Fleeceflower(Polygonum cuspidatum compactum), Chokeberry (Aronia melanocarpa), Crownvetch (Coronilla varia)and Phlox subulata. Good luck with your garden!
