I received 2 beautiful tulip plants for Easter. Can I plant them now, while still bloomed? Or do I really have to wait until Fall?

Once the flowers are spent, cut off the flower stalks but leave the foliage alone. After it dies down and turns crispy brown, you can lift the bulbs, remove the dead foliage and plant the bulbs in your garden. They should grow and bloom for you next spring. Enjoy!
