when can I plant vegetables, tomatoes, celery, zucchine, cucumbers and annuals?

I can't tell from your zip code exactly where you are in Illinois so here is a webpage with cities and last average frost dates: http://www.isws.illinois.edu/a...

I usually wait 7-10 days after the last average frost date to plant warm season veggies like tomatoes, cucumbers and zucchini. Best wishes with your garden!
