The Q&A Archives: dogwood looking weak!

Question: I bought a dogwood last year and planted in late spring/ early summer. The tree has always looked like it is dying or dead shorlty after I planted it. It does show signs of new growth on every limb but it has greyish tips and as of right now is not showing any foilage. Is this normal and of not what can I do to bring it back to life?
