I have fescue lawn and I have a large amount of a weeds that has small blue flowers. I have been spreading regular fertilzer for two years with no reduction in weed count. Is there a product that can help reduce the weeds without killing the grass?

I can't tell from your description exactly what the weed might be but if you have been using a weed and feed product and the weed is still growing, it is one of those nasty perennials that needs special treatment. Why not dig up a weed or two and have them identified at your local cooperative extension office or well staffed nursery? Once you know what you are dealing with you can choose the appropriate control measure.
