i think im water it to much the leaves are turning black and fallen off.

I think you may be watering too much, too. Try watering throughly so that the pot and the plant are quite heavy, then waiting until the soil begins to dry out before watering again. You can stick your finger down into the potting soil after the top of the potting soil begins to dry out. If it is still moist 2-3 inches below the surface it does not need to be watered. If it is dry, it's time to water. Sometimes you can tell by simply picking up the container. If it is still heavy, it has enough water. When it starts to feel light, stick your finger down into the soil and check to see how moist it is. Hope this helps!
