| I resently purchased a hanging basket, and there were several types of plants in it. I took the plants out of the hanging basket, and separated the plants and re-potted them in another pot. Will disturbing the root system harm the plant? |
| Digging and replanting shouldn't harm your plants but they may look a little puny for a few weeks. Just protect them from hot sun for a week or so until they become established in their new homes and they should be just fine. Enjoy! |
