MY PLANTS HAVE ALL STARTED TO BLOOM..WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO PRUNE TEH AZAELAS WND WHERE DO I CUT THE BRANCHES?

After the flowers are spent you can but your azaleas back. I use hedge trimmers and take everything back by 3-4 inches but if yours are very overgrown, you can remove more - just don't prune them back by more than one third. Best wishes with your azaleas!
