| You can either cover your rain barrel or you can use Mosquito Dunks which contain Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (B.t.i.). B.t.i. is a bacterium toxic to Mosquito and black and psychodid fly larvae but harmless to other insects, people, pets, plants and the environment. |
