i bought a few sweet broom bushes a few years ago and none ever bloomed.any ideas? |
If your plants are getting full sunshine and no fertilizer, and if you keep the soil on the dry side, they should bloom for you. On the other hand, if you've been giving them lots of TLC, they may happily grow foliage and not flowers. Try watering deeply once or twice each week, and withholding fertilizer. Since they bloom on new growth, you might also try pruning them back a bit. Hope you see an improvement this summer! |
