Which plants prefer to be (or cannot safely survive a replant) root bound vs. repotted into a larger pot?

Lots of plants are sensitive to being unpotted and repotted. Two that come to mind are bougainvillea and peony. Many plants grow better when slightly potbound - to many to list here!
