HOW DO I KEEP RABBITS FROM EATING MY FLOWER AND BUSHES.

You can try one of the deterrents available - Ropel or Deer Away are both effective but must be reapplied after a rain. But, rabbits can be bold and often ignore scare tactics and nasty smells. The only sure way to keep them from munching on your garden plants is to create physical barriers. I use cylinders of chicken wire around my prized plants. I've found that by mid-summer the bunnies go elsewhere to feed (because there is nothing yummy in my yard that they can access). At that time I remove the protective cylinders. Maybe this tactic will work for you.
