| Can I reuse potting soil that was used last year? Also, is potting soil that has been sitting in a bag for years still ok to use? |
| Potting soil can last for many years, especially in its original bag, but I find it dries out terribly and needs extra patience to rewet it. As for the used potting soil, I often reuse mine, as long as it did not have any diseased plants growing in it the year before. |
