I have wintered over several ivy plants and plan to put them into pots on my deck this summer. I noticed white stuff on the soil and in the middle of the soil. What should I do?

The white stuff could simply be a salt build up from fertilizer or it might be a fungus from overly wet soils. Either one is easily remedied. Just scrape it off the top of the soil when you replant your ivy. Best wishes with your ivy!
