We purchased your strawberry plant (root) and now it has mold.
the label has this information-selected and packed by Van Zyverden inc.

Mold can attack strawberries if the air circulation is poor or the soil is too wet. If you plant your strawberry in full sunshine, the mold should go away. If not, you may want to exchange your plant for a healthier one.
