If your bulbs were left over from last fall and you didn't get them into the garden, you should plant them now - they won't survive the summer if you don't. If you have potted bulbs that have finished flowering, cut off the spent flowering stem and allow the foliage to dry out on its own. Once it has you can plant your bulbs in the garden. Good luck with your bulbs.
