what is best ground cover for a bank in front of home needs little maitnence gets partial sun
i have a few annuals hosta,tulips,flags etc. but i just want to fill the rest of the area in with a low ground cover

There are a number of plants you might consider: ajuga (flowers best in sun but grows nicely in shade, as well), pachysandra, vinca minor, dead nettle or Carex pensylvanica (Pennsylvania Sedge). Hope one of these suggestions is just right for your landscape.
