My pomegranite tree is 3 years old. The blossoms fall off each year and does not produce any fruit. What is the problem?

If it flowers it should produce fruit unless there are no flying insects to pollenate each open flower. I don't know if you regularly spray insecticides or perhaps your neighbors do, but for some reason there aren't enough pollinating insects in your yard.
