The Q&A Archives: Potting

Question: When I Was Planting My Seasonal Plants The Soil Didn't Look So Good.I Just Wanted To Know If Im Supposed To Change The Potting Soil Every Year?

Answer: Potting soil is usually good for several seasons. It tends to dry out in the winter months but if you soak it well it should rehydrate and be fine. I usually mix some fresh potting soil in with the old stuff so if you remember to do that next year you can get even more mileage out of your potting soil.
