My Knock Rose bushes are 1 year old. They are 4 ft tall and loaded with blooms. The hard rain fall has beaten them to the ground. Is it too late to prune them back?

You can prune Knock Out roses most any time. If they are flowering like crazy and you prune them back now, you will lose the flowers and the flowering ability for probably 4-5 weeks. If that's okay with you, go ahead and prune them now. If you'd rather delight in their gorgeous blooms, wait until late summer to prune them.
