I have a bottle brush bush and two oleanders. They look healthy, but they are not flowering even those others in area are. What am I doing wrong? How do I get them to bloom. Same problem with my roses.

All the plants you mention need full sunshine all day for best performance and if you prune them back in the spring they will respond with new flowering growth. Aside from lack of sunshine, overfertilizing can encourage lots of growth at the expense of flowers so hold off on fertilizer until after your plants begin to flower. Good luck with your landscape!
