i planted 4 green velvet boxwood 4 years ago and there turning brown. i put down some espoma plant-tone back in april and there is change what can i do to turn it green again

Buxus x 'Green Velvet' Boxwood develops a darker shade of green at the onset of winter and then turns yellowish brown until spring. Unless the brown leaves are crispy dry, the color you describe just might be normal for your plant. Don't do anything at this point. Just wait to see if it greens up in a few weeks.
