I recently planted some annuals and perennials in my garden. they looked great for a little bit then here on the east coast we have been hit with crazy amounts of rain. And now all my plants are dropped over and don't look good. Will they make it and what can I do to help?

It sounds like the combination of a little transplant stress and the extensive rainfall has really stressed your new plants. There's really nothing you can do - except hope the soil dries out soon! They should be able to survive, so let's hope for the best!
