The Q&A Archives: vegetable flowers

Question: I have planted vegetables in 2 yrds of poting soil they started great but now are growing way to slow and have stoped flowering. tomatoes, peppers and squash. is something missing in the soiil.?? I have used 6-6-6

Answer: Lots of sunshine, ample water, and temperatures below 90F are all your plants need to flower and produce fruits (or vegetables). I think you are providing perfect soil and some necessary nutrients. Next time you feed, use a 10-10-10 to help promote new growth.
