Browallia will bloom until August; Crossandra, border Dahlia and Calliopsis will bloom until fall; Gazania, Nicotiana, marigolds and ornamental pepper plants will perform nicely all summer long. Portulaca (Rose moss), Thunbergia (alata), and verbena are also good choices for summer color.
