do all pepper plants flower? Do they require full sun?I live in fla. TY

Banana peppers are yellow, large, and gently curved so they look just like a banana but they taste like a slightly sweet, slightly hot pepper. All pepper plants need at least 8 hours of sunshine a day and all must flower in order to produce fruit.
