Honeycrisp is a mid- to late-season bloomer so you will need another apple that blooms in mid- to late-season. Some varieties to choose from:
Hatsuaki, Red Flesh, Red Cort, Michelin, Shay, Foxwhelp, Tsugaru, Melrose, Queen Cox, Goldstar, Kingston Black, Wolf River, Fiesta, Ellison's, Dabinette. There are others. Just be sure the variety you choose is a mid- to late-season bloomer.
