I HAVE TRUMPIT VINE FROM MY OLD HOUSE AND IT HAS CAME BACK WELL BUT IT DID NOT BLOOM I HAVE IT IN 3 DIFERENT PLACES ALL GROWING WELL ALL COMING BACK HOW DO I GET FLOWERS

Sometimes trumpet vines won't bloom for 2-3 years after planting so I don't think non-flowering is of concern (disappointment, maybe, but not a health concern). Trumpet vines flower on the new growth of the season so you might want to prune yours back a bit to encourage new growth. Hope it blooms for you this year!
