I bought some Ice Plants from Home Depot last year. They have not started to grow yet this year. Have they died; or is too early yet?

Some ice plants are more tender than others. In your zone, Delosperma nubigenum is the best variety to grow. It is hardy to USDA Zone 5a: to -28. If this is the type of ice plant you planted, it should have made it through the winter. Perhaps it is just waiting for really warm weather? I would give it another 2-3 weeks to send up new sprouts. Good luck with your plants!
