I have a bleeding heart that just grew in front of my columbine thats in the sun,when would be the best time to replant the bleeding heart to the shade,doileaveabigrootball

Dicentra, or bleeding heart, will die down in early summer when the weather gets hot. When it does you can dig it out, roots and all, and replant it to a shadier area. The root system might be large if the bleeding heart has been in the ground for many years. You'll just have to explore around and try not to damage too much of the roots when you dig the plant.
