what do i do if my rose3 stems become brown at the top . i need to bring it back to lfe again

Prune your rose bush back by about one third to encourage healthy new growth. Be sure to water deeply once or twice a week and if you haven't already fed your plants this spring, fertilize them. You should see lots of new growth in a few weeks. Best wishes with your roses.
