I planted 12 creeping myrtles and they were doing well until ablut a week ago. They seem to have some type of blight. Some are turning black. I have sprayed with a pestiside (can't see anything on the plants) and a fungiside. It is spreading to the other plants. Do you have any suggestions?

Creeping myrtle (vinca) can develop fungal diseases and can be attached by aphids so I think you have already applied the recommended chemicals for control. If the fungal disease is still spreading you may have to cut back the myrtle to remove the diseased plant parts and remove them from the garden. Your plants will generate new stems and leaves and they should be healthy once you remove the diseased plant parts. Best wishes with your landscape.
