Asian jasmine is a vigorous groundcover and can become invasive. Digging it out, roots and all will control it. Or, if that is not effective, a vegetation killer such as Round Up will kill the plants. It will also kill any other plants it comes in contact with so use it with caution. I'd vote for simply digging it out, roots and all.
