I will be planting a 5 Galon Persimmon and I would like to know how long would it take to mature and proviode fruit?

Persimmon trees general start producing when they are about 10 years old. I don't know how old your 5 gallon tree might be, but they are slow growing so if in a five gallon pot it may already be 5-7 years of age. If so, you can expect fruit within the next 3-5 years.
