What vegetables can I plant in central Florida in May?

Not many veggies do well in the summer heat, but the University of Florida extension office recommends planting lima beans, sweet corn, eggplant, okra, southern peas, sweet potatoes and seedless watermelons in May. Good luck with your garden.
