My azalias did not do well over the winter. I have a lot of dead branches. What am I doing that caused this. What should I feed them and when. Thanks

Dead branches are probably due to winter kill so I think pruning your shrubs back now will encourage healthy new growth which will have the summer months to develop flower buds for next year's display. Feed your azaleas with a specialized Rhododendron/Azalea food, in amounts as recommended on the label. I hope your azaleas recover soon!
