What should I feed my evergreen trees? They are over 15 years old and the leaves are turning ash-colored or white and falling off their branches.

Most evergreens will respond well to an 8-8-8 fertilizer. I'm not sure why the foliage is turning such an odd color. You might want to clip a few off and take them to your local cooperative extension for diagnosis. It may not be a nutrient issue but an insect or disease problem. Good luck with your evergreen trees.
