garden snell porblem - Knowledgebase Question

I was told if I pour rock salt around the pots I put flowers in I would get rid of the snells that are eating the folwers I planated. Will this work?

Rock salt is not good in the garden! Instead, use a snail control product such as the iron based Sluggo. A little goes a long way and whatever the snails do not eat will dissolve into the soil and add iron to your soil. Don't use salt - it will damage your plants.
